"Azathoth" by Bum Lee. This is a text-based animation of the H.P. Lovecraft story of the same name.

"The Case of Charles Dexter Ward" by Orphanage (lyrics) (Internet Archive). This adapts H.P. Lovecraft's story of the same name. (Orphanage is a rock group in The Netherlands.)
"Cthulhu" by Damian Heffernan (motion picture). This utilizes Inspector Legrasse from H.P. Lovecraft's "The Call of Cthulhu" and adapts his stories "The Dunwich Horror" and "The Thing on the Doorstep."
