FOLKS OF INNSMOUTH

Jeweler

by

Franklyn Searight

I buy and sell fine jewelry in my store,
Appraise it fairly, treat my patrons nice.
I've earned their trust, and everybody knows
There's never need to haggle over price.
Gold jewel'ry that I can't identify
Sometimes in secrecy is brought to me --
Exotic specimens just like the ones
At Miskatonic University.
They're exquisite creations, alien,
All chased in high relief, of lavish worth --
Strange bracelets, armlets, weird tiaras shaped
To wear on heads not found on planet Earth.
